Application and Interview Process
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until positions are filled. Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies staff reviews applications and invites qualified candidates to a Zoom interview. In some cases, candidates are asked to attend a second interview. If selected for employment, the following steps are required to be successfully hired:
- Sign the offer letter sent by Human Resources in a timely manner.
- Complete all requested Background Check information, including a driving check (if applicable).
- Set up a LiveScan digital fingerprinting appointment (California candidates) or a hard card fingerprinting appointment (out of state candidates). Successfully completing this step is required to work with minors.
- Complete the I-9 paperwork followed by an in-person I-9 appointment at Stanford’s campus or an I-9 Anywhere appointment (if outside of the San Francisco Bay Area). Successfully completing this step is required before candidates can begin any compensable work. Failure to complete this step in a timely manner may result in a delayed start date.
