Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies is actively monitoring the status of the COVID-19 pandemic with the health and well-being of our community firmly in mind. We will keep this page up-to-date as new information is available about the impacts of the situation on our programs.

Current Summer Program Status

Stanford campus archway

In light of the university's decisions about its summer programming, SPCS has come to the difficult decision that we cannot host students on campus for our residential programs this summer. Please know that we did not make this decision lightly, and we understand—and share in—the deep disappointment that this decision brings.

We are working to replace our residential programs with online programs that capture the essence of Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies. Please view more information about each individual program below.

Will special considerations be made to the refund policy due to the pandemic?

If a student must withdraw their enrollment due to impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak, they should notify our office by email as soon as possible. In the event that a student is unable to participate due to COVID-19 and must withdraw after the full tuition refund date has passed, we will review each situation on a case-by-base basis.
